Oriental dragon final
I am happy with the final product of my oriental dragon. This is one of the few pieces Ive done without any reference photo of any kind. This entire piece was done with just a mental image and a whim. The overlaying scales turned out very good, as well as the locks of red hair on the mane. I tried to make the horns look somewhat ivory, I think I did fairly good for a first attempt. Overall I like it, I would like my first tattoo to be an oriental dragon

Beta fish finished
I'm very satisfied with the finished product of my beta fish. The use of a black background made the colors on the fish more vivid. The texture of the scales turned out very well with the help of an experienced student

Boba fett
I wanted to try coloring on a different kind of paper and so far I'm really liking the toned tan paper in my new sketch book.it let's me blend more layers of colors, especially white which I normally can't use.
Spiderman changes
Due to fear of plagiarism I was asked to make changes to the piece so it wasn't identical to the reference photo, which was someone's credited work. I want to black out the top with a smooth gradient to white but have a villain in the blac negative space, this is my reference photo for that

Spiderman progress
This week I made progress on my Spiderman fan art. The dark values turned out well, and the web lines came out sharp and accurate, following the contours of his body. I still have yet to figure out how I am going to do the soft cloudy background

Spiderman
I have started a new piece this week, I have decided to experiment with negative space and the use of silhouettes. I decided to make this piece in color, simply because I am getting tired of the usual monochromatic composition. I would also like to add more detail to the background of this piece than I have previously done
Snow trooper
This isn't current progress of my take on fan art. For this piece I wanted to focus on different textures, such as the cloth covering the models face. I also wants to focus on body figures and proportioning figure shapes. I am having trouble creating depth in certain parts of this piece, so I am still working out those problems before I move on
